SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Carbon Solutions 3D LLC. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received. Many of our products are manufactured to order, and processing times may vary depending on product complexity, order volume, material availability, and production schedules.

Custom or made-to-order products may require additional production time. If a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable third-party carriers, including USPS, UPS, or other carriers selected by Carbon Solutions 3D LLC. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Carbon Solutions 3D LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been accepted for transportation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information, when available. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after a shipping label has been created.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Carbon Solutions 3D LLC is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because delivery was refused, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@carbonsolutions3d.com as soon as possible after delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with you to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. Carbon Solutions 3D LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If you currently do not offer international shipping, this section shall not apply.

Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, Carbon Solutions 3D LLC may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions are subject to change or cancellation without notice and may apply only to qualifying orders, shipping methods, or destinations as specified at the time of the promotion.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before production or shipment begins. Once production has started or an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom and made-to-order products are subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
